La "Petite Maison Broche" is a traditional stone holiday home with a private swimming pool (4x10 meters), a large terrace with a barbecue, two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a shower room.

This Provençal farmhouse is located in a tourist area in the Cèze Valley, close to all amenities (supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants).

The cottage is nestled amidst vineyards near the medieval village of Cornillon (1.5 km) and close to Goudargues (2 km), "the Little Venice of the Gard," where the café terraces come alive with the first signs of spring.

Be amazed by the four villages listed among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France" (La Roque-sur-Cèze, 6 km; Monclus, 9 km; and Lussan and Aiguèze, 16 km).

Nearby are the wild landscapes of the Ardèche Gorges, offering new horizons. Magnificent panoramas invite you to continue exploring spectacular viewpoints. Canoeing down the river in the Cèze Valley or the Ardèche Gorges offers a taste of the gentle adventure of southern France.
